By making a booking with Incredible Bharat Tours, you confirm that you
have read and accepted the following Terms & Conditions.
A booking is confirmed only after the required advance payment is received and
confirmation is issued by Incredible Bharat Tours. The payment schedule
will be mentioned in your quotation or booking confirmation.
Tour prices are based on the services and rates available at the time of quotation.
Prices may change before confirmation due to hotel, transport, flight, exchange-rate,
tax or supplier cost changes.
Hotels and vehicles will be provided as mentioned in the confirmed itinerary, subject
to availability. Hotel check-in/check-out times and supplier policies apply.
Flight and train bookings are subject to the respective airline and railway rules.
Cancellation, refund, rescheduling and name-change charges will be as per the applicable
supplier policy.
The itinerary may be changed or rearranged due to weather, traffic, local conditions,
attraction timings, government restrictions or operational requirements. Any major
changes will be communicated wherever reasonably possible.
Cancellation charges depend on the cancellation date and the policies of hotels,
airlines, transport providers and other suppliers. Certain services may be
non-refundable. The applicable cancellation policy will be mentioned in your quotation
or booking confirmation.
Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may involve additional
charges from Incredible Bharat Tours or third-party suppliers.
Travellers are responsible for having valid passports, visas, permits and other
required travel documents. Visa approval is the responsibility of the relevant embassy
or immigration authority.
Travel insurance is recommended and is not included unless specifically mentioned in
your booking.
Incredible Bharat Tours is not responsible for delays, cancellations
or additional costs caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including
natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, government restrictions, political
disturbances, pandemics or transport disruptions.
Hotels, airlines, railways, transport companies, guides and other suppliers are
independent service providers, and their respective terms and conditions may apply.
Travellers are responsible for their personal belongings, travel documents and
appropriate behaviour throughout the journey. Any additional costs caused by loss,
damage or inappropriate behaviour may be charged to the traveller.
Any problem during the tour should be reported to Incredible Bharat Tours
as soon as possible so that we have an opportunity to resolve it during the trip.
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate, but prices, schedules,
hotel facilities and other travel details may change without prior notice.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India. Subject to
applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts
in Ghaziabad / Delhi NCR, India.
